Fees/Commissions Payable on Properties Listed for Sale:

 

~Properties sold for less than 2,000,000.00TTD: A commission equivalent to 5 percent of final sale price, payable upon completion of sale.

 

~Properties sold for equal to or more than 2,000,000.00TTD: A commission equivalent to 3 percent of final sale price, payable upon completion of sale.

Fees/Commissions Payable on Properties Listed for Rent or Lease:

​

~All Properties rented/leased for six months or more: A commission equivalent to one(1) month's rent, payable upon receipt of the deposit and first month's rent of the said property by the Tenant.

 

~All Properties rented/leased for less than six months: A commission equivalent to twenty percent(20%) of the accumulated rental/lease income of the duration of the tenancy (not inclusive of the deposit) of the said property by the Tenant, payable upon receipt of the deposit and first month's rent of the said property by the Tenant.

NB. All above stated terms are applicable unless otherwise agreed upon by the Vendor or Landlord with The Property Vault.

All marketing and agreement costs are incurred by The Property Vault unless otherwise agreed upon by the Vendor or Landlord.

 

For Properties not sold or rented by The Property Vault, both Sale and Tenancy/Lease Agreements are available for sale to Vendors, Lessors and/or Agents.
